About us
Who are we?
LJ runs Village Paws Pet Services. She’s passionate about animals and has always had a variety of pets including dogs, cats, a hamster and even a horse. If an animal has four paws and fur, she’s guaranteed to love it!
LJ started 10 years ago as a dog walker on BorrowMyDoggy when a busy work life and elderly pet cat meant she couldn’t have a dog of her own.
Now she owns a border collie and has spent the last four years dedicated to finding the best walks and carrying out training and enrichment activities. She's worked on a range of training from obedience to agility, and trained her dog to UK Sniffer Dog gold level, winning 2nd place in a local scentwork competition.
She truly believes in giving pets the best experiences for the time they spend with us and cares for all pets like her own.

We're insured and trained in canine first aid because things can occasionally go wrong and we believe it's essential to know what to do.
We offer a free meet and greet in your home for all clients, allowing you to get to know us and ask any questions you may have. We also take time to get to know your pet(s) and make sure our services meet their needs.
We'll always communicate openly and honestly with you.
